Calorie calculator & prompt generator
Height, weight, age, and other calculator or prompt-generator inputs are processed in your browser. PepKing does not submit or save those inputs to the site’s database. They clear when the page is reloaded. If you copy a generated prompt and paste it into ChatGPT or another service, that service processes it under its own privacy practices.
What the contact form collects
The form collects the name, phone number, and email address you enter. A submission identifier and time are also stored so the request can be managed. Please do not submit medical records or other sensitive health information.
How the information is used
Submitted details are used to manage and respond to your contact request. Submitting the form permits PepKing to contact you about that request. The form does not enroll you in a marketing subscription.
Who can access it
Contact submissions are stored in the site’s database and are available to the site owner through private management access. They are not displayed on this website and there is no public contact directory. Hosting providers process information needed to operate the site. When email notifications are enabled, contact details are sent through Resend to notify the site owner. Notification emails are also stored in the owner’s email inbox.
Reading preference
A preference cookie remembers your choice of Simple Version or Detailed Version for up to one year. It contains only the selected reading mode, not personal or health information. Clearing your browser cookies resets the choice.
Cookies and external services
PepKing has not added advertising pixels or analytics trackers. The hosting platform may use operational logs or access-related cookies. Links to workout apps and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Requests about your information
When PepKing responds to your request, you can ask to correct or delete your contact details in that exchange. You can also submit the contact form using the same email to request contact about your information.
